L2 and L3 support on our side, direct line to Proxmox upstream. You own the customer relationship, we run the platform.

What is the minimum commitment?
5 TB/month, with no fixed term. Exit notice 30 days end of month, plus 30 additional days to retrieve a usable copy of your backups if you leave the program.
Am I locked in exclusivity?
No. You stay free to distribute other solutions, and conversely we work with other partners. The program imposes no catalog exclusivity.
Can Cloud-PBS approach my customers?
No. Every customer hosted on your tenant is protected by deal registration. We commit contractually never to approach them directly, during hosting and for 6 months after the relationship ends, whatever the cause.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing on provisioned or consumed volume depending on the plan, after applying the discount of your tier. Prepayment for the first year, terms negotiable afterwards based on your history.
What brand do my customers see?
Yours. Dedicated tenant configurable with your colors and logo. Cloud-PBS and LenoIT never appear on the end-customer side, neither in the interface, nor in billing, nor in support.
Where is the data hosted?
By default in the EU, in our partner datacenters and providers. No data leaves European soil unless explicitly requested (US hosting). Your customers with sovereignty constraints stay reassured.
Are you NIS2 and GDPR compliant?
Yes. The infrastructure and the organization are aligned with NIS2 and GDPR requirements. An article 28 sub-processor agreement is included in the partnership contract, usable directly by you and by your end customers for compliance documentation.
What if I want to leave the program?
30 days end-of-month notice. During the following 30 days you retrieve a copy of every backup in native, usable Proxmox Backup Server format, with no lock-in and no extra cost.
