1. Acceptance
By accessing and using the Cloud-PBS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Cloud-PBS provides managed Proxmox Backup Server instances and related services: datacenter management, offline backup copies, and managed restore.
3. Account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any illegal purpose;
- store content that breaches applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- disrupt or interfere with the operation of the service;
- resell the service without authorization.
5. Data and backups
- You are responsible for the content of your backups.
- You are responsible for keeping your encryption keys. An encrypted backup whose key is lost cannot be restored.
- LenoIT implements the means necessary to ensure the reliability of the service. In line with backup best practices, we nonetheless recommend that you keep several copies of your data, on separate media and locations.
6. Service availability
We strive to ensure high availability, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance operations are communicated in advance.
7. Intellectual property
All Cloud-PBS branding, logos, and website content are the property of LenoIT. Proxmox is a trademark of Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud-PBS and LenoIT shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damage. These limitations do not restrict the rights granted to consumer customers by law.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes are communicated by email or through a dashboard notification.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumer customers.
