2. Service Description

Cloud-PBS.com provides managed Proxmox Backup Server instances and related services including datacenter management, offline backup copies, and managed restore services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Store content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell the service without authorization

5. Data and Backups

• You are responsible for the content of your backups
• You are responsible for maintaining your encryption keys
• We cannot recover encrypted data if you lose your encryption key
• We provide the service on a best-effort basis and recommend maintaining multiple backup copies

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All Cloud-PBS branding, logos, and website content are the property of LenoIT. Proxmox is a trademark of Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud-PBS and LenoIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of France.
