1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of services by LenoIT, operating as Cloud-PBS.com.

2. Services

Cloud-PBS.com offers the following services:

• Managed Proxmox Backup Server instances
• Proxmox Datacenter Management service
• Offline Backup Copy service
• Managed Restore service

3. Pricing

• Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change
• All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes (VAT)
• Pricing changes do not affect current billing cycles

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon subscription or renewal
• We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit
• Invoices are available from the dashboard

5. Free Trial

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial
• At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service
• Data from trial accounts is deleted 30 days after trial expiration

6. Subscription and Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
• You can cancel at any time from the dashboard

7. Cancellation and Refund

• Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period
• Annual subscriptions: cancel anytime, effective at end of annual period
• No pro-rata refunds for partial periods
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

8. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime for all managed services. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance and do not count against the uptime commitment.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss resulting from user error, lost encryption keys, or force majeure events.

10. Governing Law

These GTCS are governed by French law. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
