Data Processing

Data we process

  • Account information (name, email, company)
  • Service configuration and metadata
  • Payment information (processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider)
  • Website usage data

Backup data

When you use Cloud-PBS with client-side encryption enabled, we cannot access the content of your backups. We only process backup metadata (sizes, timestamps) necessary to provide the service.

We process personal data based on:

  • Contract performance — to provide the services you subscribed to
  • Legitimate interest — for service improvement and security
  • Legal obligation — for tax and accounting requirements
  • Consent — for optional analytics and marketing communications

Data Location

All data is processed and stored within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.

Supervisory Authority

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by GDPR.

Sub-processors

We use a limited number of sub-processors to provide our services:

  • Infrastructure hosting (EU-based providers)
  • Email delivery

All sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR compliance.
