What is included in the free trial?
The 7-day free trial gives you full access to a dedicated PBS instance with all features included. No limitations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades are applied immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers.
Is there a commitment period?
Monthly plans have no commitment; cancel anytime. Yearly plans are billed annually and offer significant savings.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
We will notify you when you approach your storage limit. You can upgrade your plan or add extra storage at any time. We never delete your data without prior notice.
Do you offer dedicated servers?
Yes. Beyond the plans above, we rent whole physical servers of up to 270 TB, hosted in France, managed by our team or with root access, with a dedicated IPv4 address, and a separate dedicated Proxmox VE server if you need one for restores. Pricing is quoted per project: see the Dedicated servers page.
What is the difference between an Instance and a dedicated server?
An Instance is an isolated Proxmox Backup Server that we run on our platform, at a fixed monthly price based on capacity. A dedicated server is the whole physical machine, sized to your needs, with its own IP addresses. Proxmox VE, if you need it, runs on a separate dedicated server.
